Can not say enough about this pharmacy. They have been professional, extremely courteous and helpful. Kali, Karen, and everyone else are the best. They spent many hours working with my insurance company, going way beyond my expectations. They were supportive and responsive to my concerns. I wish all businesses had this kind of customer service.

From Thomas Kane On the outside chance you didn't get my phone review or I didn't include my name,I am doing another. I worked with both Anna-Lisa and Rebecca on the phone a few days ago. They were both extremely helpful. I made it clear to Rebecca that I needed my meds before I went out of town and she went out of here way to make sure that happened. It is nice to know that people still go out of their way to assist people as they did, and want QSP to know they have 2 wonderful employees. Thanks again girls!
My doctor called in a prescription on Thursday late afternoon and I followed up before 5pm the same day with my insurance information. They said they had to verify it and would call me back with copay information. They did not call by mid-afternoon Friday so I called them and was told it was 'in-process'. They did not call Saturday. I called them late in the morning on Monday, was first told they were waiting for info from my doctor, then was transferred to "intake" and was told it was ready and my copay would be $0.
