the staff are friendly the only issue i had was the delivery process and not having a tracking number for the order
I have used Quality Specialty Pharmacy for a period of approximately 5 months now. Although I am 50 miles from their offices, they offer courier delivery of the medication with no wait or interruption in receiving my medication. They always telephone before and after delivery to see if I have any questions, to inquire as to any new medications I may be taking, and to insure prompt delivery. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
I've used them twice now and they have been very helpful. They also got my prescription to me quickly. When there was a problem with my debit card, Sara got back to me immediately so that we could resolve it right away. I will most likely renew my prescription with them again.
There really aren't words to fully describe how helpful these people are. Keila helped me and without her I woulldn't be able to get my life saving prescription. Thank you for all your help and care!!!
The people who work for this company are literal angels walking on Earth. My story is long but these people helped me to get medicine that will save my life. They went above and beyond, and were always there for me whenever I had questions. They fought for me to receive these meds and I can't believe the amount of compassion they have. God bless Quality Specialty Pharmacy and all who work there.
I've consistently received outstanding service from this pharmacy's representative Rebecca who has gone out of her way to get the best price for an effective but very expensive (generic) acne drug ($475 for 60 pills). Anything helps when you have a high insurance deductible and have little choice in this usually insensitive, price-gouging industry.
They communicated well with me. My meds came on time. Very good experience with this Pharmacy. ������������
I received my prescription fast and the customer service department was helpful during the ordering and refill of the prescriptions.
I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Always keeping me informed when prescription is do and getting my prescription refilled by my doctor. I appreciate all they do to make my experience top notch. Thanks
