They are so helpful and gave Excellent Customer Service. When my husband started getting his medication they walked us through the process and said if we had any problems they were just a phone call away. I had no problems with delivery of his medicine and there was no co-pay, which was great! Now we are with another provider because of the insurance but Quality Specialty still let us know everything had been transferred and was still there for me if I encountered any issues. Great Customer Service!!!! My children's Dr. recommended we use this pharmacy to fill our prescriptions and I am so glad we did. Not only did I save money, but it was also hassle free. I was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service and helpfulness of the staff. I definitely will continue to use Quality Specialty Pharmacy, and have already referred several friends.

Raj always takes the time to make sure I get the best service and he is very patient and kind. He keeps me up to date concerning my refills and seem to care about me as a human being that he serves. im not very open to trying something new especially when it comes to a pharmacies but my DR said to go with this pharmacy and long story short i was completely impressed with how much MORE they did for me not only did they get me my medication that cvs quoted for $400 down to $25 they also shipped it to my home and it arrived the next day at no charge to me!!!!! the staff was professional and Curtis and understood the hardships of dealing with high copays with every dr visit

I don't know how they pulled it off, but they were able to fill two prescriptions that would have cost me over $1000 for just $40! Walgreens couldn't do this. On top of this, they will mail your prescriptions directly to your home. They were professional and friendly, too. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks, QSP!
