Quality Specialty Pharmacy is fantastic! I just found out about this company from my daughter's dermatologist, who highly recommended them. It's great that I can just call for a refill of a prescription and it will come to my door in 1 to 2 business days! I also like that they ask if I want to sign for the prescription. The people who take my calls are always so polite and I never have to be on hold for long. I am a very satisfied customer!

Great service! They worked with the Dr.'s office and insurance to get my son's medicine approved. Then shipped it out the next day.

AMAZING!! I rarely write reviews but this place went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty!! I'm mother of 2, a cardiac nurse(CCRN critical care reg. nurse), military wife/now widow,and my children are my world!! My daughter is special needs (deaf). I think I've learned more about ENT & audiology function, ASL( signing), the ADA(American disabilities act) + the deaf community than I learned in college, nursing, + specialty schools put together! I must say that I was skeptical about using a pharmacy that I didn't know. But upon the recommendation of my physician, I tried Quality Specialty Pharmacy, and I am so glad I did. Ordering prescriptions is easy and they deliver to my front door. They also call to check on my need for refills.

I dealt with Adam over the phone and he was always the consummate professional. Additionally it felt like I was talking with a good friend who was looking out for my best interests. When the transaction was virtually completed, another pharmacy stepped in and muddied the water. Adam quickly contacted the doctor's office to straighten things out and the medications were delivered on time. Thanks, Adam!

You need to ask for Jackie!!! She was absolutely amazing! My insurance was giving me the hardest time and she spoke to them in less that 5 minutes after I got off the phone with her and told me that the medicine would be shipped to my house the following morning! That is amazing!

this was the first time I used this service and I have to say that it was very easy and professional. I received a call to verify that my address was correct along with the prescription, they answered my questions and then a chose a date to receive my meds. DONE! you can't beat that! It is not every day I write a review like this, but it was must. Wow! I was given outstanding service from Trinity via the phone. She was very courteous and friendly. She was patient and answered each of my questions all the while providing exceptional customer service. I felt she went above and beyond making me aware of QSP services.
