We have worked with Richard and Ben Hubbard. Both men have been very helpful and have demonstrated excellent customer service. They arrive on schedule or call if caught in traffic. Steve and his crew are the absolute best. They installed a new roof for me about 5 years ago, and it has been great. No issues at all. This morning I woke up to a bird in my fireplace, behind the screen, but nonetheless unable to get out. I called Steve to see what to do. He had one of his crew come out within an hour to see if there were any openings in the mesh screening around the top of the chimney where a bird could have gotten in. Insurance in California has been very difficult with carriers requesting for replacement on roofs to keep one homeowners insurance in place. As an license agent, I have referred customers over to Quality Roofing. Their professionalism has been outstanding. Steve and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof. Their estimate was among the best I received and they completed the work within one week as promised. In addition, Ben was the only estimator who arrived on time giving me confidence about his reliability and was very helpful in directing me to the best product for my roofing needs. The crew performed a complete clean up at the end of each workday and left my yard looking exactly as they found it. Highly recommend.
