I just had my roof done by Quality Roofing. Had a very good experience working with Ben as the estimator and Steve as the owner overseeing the crew that did the job. Looks really nice. I went with Quality Roofing because they had done the original roof years ago and it lasted a long time. I’m hoping the same with this roof.
My husband and I have been clients of Quality Roofing Company since 2018. We have always been pleased with the integrity of the company and the quality of their work. Steve and his crew are the absolute best. They installed a new roof for me about 5 years ago, and it has been great. No issues at all. This morning I woke up to a bird in my fireplace, behind the screen, but nonetheless unable to get out. I called Steve to see what to do. He had one of his crew come out within an hour to see if there were any openings in the mesh screening around the top of the chimney where a bird could have gotten in. What kind of professional company puts a sticker like this on their work truck? Tells me all I need to know about the company itself. Definitely will never be reaching out to them for services.
Insurance in California has been very difficult with carriers requesting for replacement on roofs to keep one homeowners insurance in place. As an license agent, I have referred customers over to Quality Roofing. Their professionalism has been outstanding.
