Justin Lutz & his team completely redid our 18 year old Maple cabinets. My wife & I could not be happier with the finished result. Justin had a few creative ideas that his team led by Jake carried out. His team was here every day including Saturday, left no stone unturned. Addressed all questions took care of any minor touch ups etc. We highly recommend Quality Painting if you are looking to have your cabinets redone. 5 Stars all the way.

Poor customer service Justin came to our home on 4/5/18 for a deck work quote; it's a big job, but he spoke confidently and gave us a proposal with 3 options on 4/11/18. We agreed on a start date of 6/4 (with prepwork occurring the week before) and he came out once more on 4/18/18 for another walk through with his carpenter/to finalize the work list. Called for a quote was told would be out the following week no show. Followed up no answer then followed up again no answer.
I called for a painting quote, Justin and I agreed to an appointment on Tuesday at 9:00. The appointment time came and went, no one showed up, or called. I waited an hour and called to see if Justin was running late or even going to show up. I received no calls back, I have left multiple messages and now will take my business elsewhere.
We had the cathedral ceiling & all connected walls painted, with some patching and re-taping & spackling. All adjoining doors and the trim were also painted. Some work was done in 3 other rooms as well. They did an excellent job, were very pleasant, and efficient. Justin Lutz's bill for the work was very reasonable. Their carpenter will be repairing a minor problem on the outside. They also offer power washing, and will be cleaning our deck as well.
