Terrible people
This entire state should be ashamed of their health service! I don't know how anyone is making it here. NV is 48th when it comes to the state ranking for Healthcare and it definitely shows! This Home health is terrible, they do not want referrals so choose somewhere that is not in NV you will get the same terrible service every where!
If your loved one has dementia or other memory issues, I recommend you NOT choose this company. They were unable to provide my dad with the care he needed and the owner was not understanding of his condition. When the CNA did not work out, they had no one to replace her and told me I should have the PCA (different company) provide the service, which was not acceptable for us.
