I want to start this review off by saying that I have been a longtime customer of Quality Nissan (Service Department) for years. Over the course of the years, I have never encountered this level of poor customer service. On the morning of 7/17/25 my vehicle was towed in to the service department. I received a call from Leslie indicating that they received the car and it would be awhile before they could get to it because they were behind. Recently had work done at the body shop and received great service and they did a super job on repairing the damage to our Rogue! Update 2025: Just purchased a 2025 Kicks SR and we love it. Sarrah Trent was our sales rep and she was great to work with.
