Wonderful experience with the Service dept at Nissan! Leslie was friendly, made me feel my vehicle and time was her top priority. Spoke to one of the technicians also about a check engine light issue we had, and he was friendly and courteous too!
Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone service department was completely rude and disrespectful laughing at questions and saying very aggressively What are you gonna do not come back and laughing with coworkers because I had a question about a part that may be left behind after my oil change . The manager, I spoke to later was very kind and said that this was not expected Behavior and that he would take care of it
I declined service for wiper blades which is stated on the invoice. I noticed later on that I was charged for the parts. I asked for a refund or to get the part (I didn’t want your people touching my car again) and they said they couldn’t fix the issue because they couldn’t verify that they didn’t give me the wiper blades basically saying I’m lying about wiper blades of all things on a near $700 service invoice! We recently purchased a new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder. We honestly were not planning to purchase that day, we were "just looking". However, I fell in love with the new Pathfinder. Sarrah (Sales Rep) was fabulous to work with. She had a good understanding of the vehicle and was very pleasant to work with.
