Last night on a Friday with temps in teens our furnace quit. Called Quality Mech and they had a service tech here withing an hour. Britt (SP) called on his way (after making it half way home) and ask me a few questions and evidently prediagnosed the issue. Apon arrival made a few checks found the issue and had the heat on in a few minutes, even brought the part needed after talking with me earlier and stoped at his shop to pick up what he needed. I would like to thank Kenny and not sure what the other mans name was for doing such an amazing job. My furnace stopped working, they got here yesterday diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. They called me today and said they received the part and were on their way to install. They were very professional and not only installed the part, but cleaned the furnace inside and out. I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed 🤗 Thanks again
My review is for the Kenton facility. I'm putting under Lima as it appears Lima is the corporate headquarters from what I am reading. First, I have a yearly service contract with QM Kenton I want to cancel. Almost every time I have you come fix something, it is never fixed the first time. It takes multiple times and days to fix and I am charged every time. The last straw was the last time you came and supposedly fixed something. I got a bill for $233.09 a few days later. Thank you Quality Mechanical Services for installing my new furnace. Mike and his team went over and beyond to get our new furnace hooked up. I know it wouldn’t be an easy task being in the craw space but these guys made it happen! They were respectful to my house and always cleaned up prior to leaving. Thanks once again guys! Got new furnace for a good price and put in but they need to use my stuff to hold up airflow box I looked after job was done found my skateboard holding everything up like wtf did I pay for and why they using my stuff in basement for the job I paid for.
