The technicians were polite in person, but the behind-the-scenes communication is a complete mess. I’ve been without AC for over three weeks during peak summer heat (high 80s to 90s), and the delays were entirely avoidable. Quality Mechanical is AMAZING! They get us in quickly, show up on time, and are fair with what they charge. They don't try to charge you for stuff that you really don't need! This is an honest company that I would highly recommend! Kenny, on the plumbing side of things provides amazing customer service!
Drivers in their vans drive horrible. Tailgating and speeding. I dont appreciate being tailgate so bad.
Last night on a Friday with temps in teens our furnace quit. Called Quality Mech and they had a service tech here withing an hour. Britt (SP) called on his way (after making it half way home) and ask me a few questions and evidently prediagnosed the issue. Apon arrival made a few checks found the issue and had the heat on in a few minutes, even brought the part needed after talking with me earlier and stoped at his shop to pick up what he needed.
