I have always had a great experience with quality mechanical, until my new furnace that was installed 2 years ago didn't start up this fall. The gentleman that got it running this fall took the time to show me what was broken and what they look for in the winter check-up that I was due. I mentioned my warranty on my furnace that was purchased in November of 2023. Was this part under warranty. He mentioned to have a new part when someone came out to do the fall check-up. Very professional and installed our new HVAC system quickly!! Highly recommend!
There are multiple reasons why I do not recommend Quality Mechanical: 1) Less than professional office practices that include poor telephone skills, difficulty keeping customer information organized and tracked, and a recent billing system upgrade that resulted in bills being sent very late but they still added a late service charge. 2) It took three attempts by QM to schedule my contracted service of maintenance on my furnace/ac. We had an HVAC system and a generator installed. After the HVAC system was installed, they said everything was ready to go. Went to turn the AC on and would not come on. I called them and a technician came out and found a wire not hooked up. Then the AC would run every 5 minutes after it shut off. Called again and a technician came out and said phase one and phase two wires were backwards. All in all it took about 5 weeks to finally get the job done right.
