I purchased a 11x30 lathe. Did lots of research and found literally precision Matthews had the best customer service and parts availability. I was skeptical because most companies today customer service dont exist at all or parts. Ive owned the lathe since late December 2025. It has had a few bugs to work out, nothing serious, but now it is actually a very decent lathe for the money. was all set to buy a 728bt with dro and tooling 369.00 shipping 100 tail gate 100 for inside delivery except cup cake wont deliver 45 feet on a driveway that has been compacted with sone dust an additional 450 on top of 500 keep you machine its no better than any other Taiwan made mill inside delivery paved drive only ok butter cup dont chip your fingernail..NEXT.

I purchased a milling machine from Precision Matthews that had a few issues. They tried to help correct the issues that I was having with the mill. Every time I dealt with their people I was treated with respect and parts I needed to correct issues were ordered. But as time went on and more issues appeared, Matt offered me an offer to correct the situation that I was really happy with.
