Im getting a package from them and I didn't sign-up for anything
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I was told I’d receive a refund within 60 days, which I waited for patiently. That deadline has long passed, and now I’ve been given the runaround by multiple employees—including Bryan, Nicole, and Supervisor Juan. Juan even promised to call me on April 14th at 9AM with an update. That call never happened. I just called them off the phone number listed and they are very real. I have never had a bad interaction with these people. I don't know how they do it considering the business they are in and the types of calls they must receive; rude, hostile, angry homeowners sometimes in the fight of their life for their home.
