My step father has been in the personal care side for almost 2 years, everyone is friendly and helpful and he gets great care. Communication is very fast if/when we need anything or have a question. I have zero complaints. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I feel like there could be more activities or social opportunities but overall we are highly satisfied.
Nice staff, especially manager, Kayleigh. Not sure on spelling. Very helpful and caring. Very good at her job.
I AM A RETIRED HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER AND I REPORTED A CNA WHO LIVED NEXT DOOR TO MY DISABLED DAUGHTER AND I. HER FACEBOOK SAID SHE WORKED AT QUALITY LIFE SERVICES SO I CONTACTED THEM ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. THE CNA WAS VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY THREATENING TO MY DISABLED DAUGHTER AND I INSTEAD OF TAKING MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY THEY KEPT THAT EMPLOYEE. My father was in the skilled nursing rehabilitation section at Quality Life- Westmont. He is 97 years old and had a fall and slight fracture in his tibia. He is home now and thriving. Getting better each day. The staff at Quality Life has been a big part of that. They were attentive to his needs. He was always clean and fresh and well fed.
