It's ok just old.
Telling us we cant access the drink machine after 9am despite it running 24/7 is bs. Plastic on the beds. Covers wont stay on and you hear the plastic the entire time. Sheets came off bed multiple times. $120 room and a resort fee for a cloudy pool, plastic covered beds, a Riverview room that can't see the river and a train that rocks by every 2-3 hours all night loud as hell.
It was fine, but we wanted to stay an extra night and booked a room. We asked if we could keep the same room, but they said no, only king rooms were available, (we had 2 queens.) OK, so we checked out in the am, put our stuff back in the car, and later that day came back to check in. We got the same room! So why didn't they just call us? The real kicker was that the room was just the way we left it. Bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. WTH?!
