This was the Non-Quality Inn. While we were staying I kept wanting to leave a scathing review, and then good customer service from one person at the end made me pull back. A few months later, the overall experience stands out and I think other families should be warned. Among other things, there was a daily $50 additional charge for booking through a third party (Expedia), the pool was Arctic, at one point there was a nasty smell that didn't dissipate for hours, our toilet overflowed and instead of sending help they sent my ... read more

My husband and I have stayed in many Choice hotels and we both agree that this may have been the best we've seen! The room was clean and spacious. The furniture looked like new. The staff was friendly and helpful (our toilet handle broke and it was fixed very quickly). The Breakfast area is nice and the food was good. And, the location was convenient and beautiful, right next to the river. We would stay here again.
