We were asked to leave! Same owners as Comfort Suites across the street. While checking in the lady in front of us had asked for a different room because her room was not clean and it was a dirty room. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay a $10 tourist fee (resort fee)since Glenwood Springs is a tourist town. Thank goodness it was not a resort fee pool was cloudy. We have never heard of that. I’ve already paid for my room and the guest check in person, Cathy said she wasn’t gonna check us in until we paid the $10 tourist fee.... read more
The staff were fine, nice and curtious. The location was easy enough to find. Not as close to downtown where the restaurants were but it was fine. The bathroom in our room needed a lot of updating including cleaning better of the grout on floor, new caulking around tub and painting or deep cleaning on front of sink area. Decent value
