To be clear this is a decent hotel, clean and reasonably priced. The only reason for overall rating is the oder of weed in the corridor and the presence of a weed smoking individual hang around right outside the middle lobby. They need to get rid of the weed.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. During my recent stay, the AC in my room was broken, which made the room uncomfortable. I had to go back to the front desk and request a room change, which was inconvenient and should have been handled proactively. What made the situation worse was the customer service afterward.
