Staff was great, good location. I feel like it was a fluke that our room smelled super musty. Carpet and floors felt almost damp and sticky. We didn't arrive until almost midnight and were too tired to want to switch rooms. I would be willing to give them a second chance and stay again though :)

The front desk staff member was unfamiliar with the procedures; she spent a long time resolving an issue for the previous guest and had to ask a colleague for help. She also encountered difficulties while checking in my room and again needed to call on a colleague for assistance. The entire check-in process involved a lot of waiting—which was particularly trying as I was in a rush to use the restroom.

Beds and pillows were hard for me but I loved the experience.

Air vents are rusted, random black specks on window curtains, coffee grounds molded to the lamp, room smells musty, water left in the bathtub, unknown liquid on roof of bathroom, and pubes on toilet seat. Only thing positive was a made bed. And service wise the lady at the desk was passive aggressive towards my boyfriend’s grandfather who is unable to see very well. I lowered my expectations and was still somehow disappointed!
