Stayed here for an extended time and somewhat satisfied overall.. Staff was great w/an exception or two, but Jonathan, Ashley, Kim, & cleaning crews have been helpful.. The staff does a great job & minds their own business.. Being long term., privacy is one of our biggest requirements & we are left alone for the most part appreciate it. We are Diamond members #

This hotel was a very nice and well put together a nice big room and everything clean and neat king size bed
I was stalked and harassed by another guest and his plus one, and the guy (day shift) at the front desk told me to just stay in my room since he was following me intently and pacing in front of my room for HOURS. He did not take the situation seriously. The cops were called when he escalated with me in the lobby in front of the night clerk, while I was telling her what was happening (she was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise!)
