Disclaimer- I have never stayed here! I came into town for a family emergency and called this hotel about booking a reservation( I am titanium with choice and Marriott) when the manager got on the phone I was quoted a 500 dollar deposit for the room as if I was calling a ritz Carlton. When I asked him to repeat the deposit to me thinking I may have misheard him he got an attitude with me. As soon as I walked in, the front desk guy(mike I believe) kept looking at me up and down, didn't say a single word. Was extremely unpleasant, rude, and has no business being in hospitality. I had a reservation here, had a confirmation number, credit card, id, and EVERYTHING ready. Mike just said the reservation doesn't exist, walked into his room and shut the door in my face. Worst hotel I have stayed in years. And ridiculously expensive. I stayed two nights at a nice Quality Inn in Vallejo the following week that was cheaper than the one night in Salinas. Quality Inn Salinas, don't go there. You will regret it.

El Conserje Mike, es una persona tremendamente desagradable, de malos modales, pésima forma de tratar a los huéspedes y la presentación personal es impresentable. Deja mucho que desear. El desayuno no exite, 2 laminas de pan, 1 yogurt en el refrigerador, solo mantequilla. "Lo mejor" las señoritas que hacen el aseo, muy simpáticas, serviciales y muy buen dispocion a consultas y otros. No volvere, no lo recomiendo solo por el conserje, además pasado a Marihuana todo el día...No esperen Calidad, ya que no la tiene.
