Great location. Close to all in Forest City
I had an awful experience as there was a live (rat) rodent in the pillow of the room I was staying in. When I took the pillow with the rodent to the front desk manager they didn’t want to help me with a refund or anything even as simple as a new room, which honestly at that point I didn’t want to continue to stay there. He then proceeded to blame the rat on me and say it was my fault it was there. Needless to say I wouldn’t suggest staying there to anyone.
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Staff friendly, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee excellent. Highly recommend!
