I do not recommend this hotel, especially for women traveling alone. After an extremely unprofessional and intimidating interaction during check-in, I was left without accommodation while alone in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, I kept documentation of the incident, and the matter will be reported through the appropriate legal channels.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes it very convenient and close to all the main attractions. The bedding was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and there was always hot water. Coffee and drinks were provided in the room.
