Horrible customer service, the front desk was rude and sassy for no reason. Rooms smell horrible.
My hotel visit at this place is better the second time around the staff were more accurate with their information, like telling us exactly when we have to check out unlike the first time back 2021 where they threw my luggage on ground in the front door.
Great location to park and walk, lots of places nearby for food options. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with the TV not working, and it was sorted out right away. We would definitely stay here again.
It was fairly expensive for what it was to be honest due to it being so old but it was a safe and tidy place to stay all the same. Room was a decent size with the expected amenities (plus a small kitchenette). It was all very dated but kept up well and suited my needs for the night. I travelled alone and felt safe. Downside is limited unground parking but it worked out fine for me. Decent location close to everything.
One of the concierges here has a bit of an attitude problem and was quite rude. Saw similar interactions with other guests too. There's paid parking available but limited spots so keep that in mind.
