....a little dated, friendly staff, breakfast was a bit llight on lighter fare....
This hotel needs an overhaul very badly! Very very outdated. My room had water stains down the wall and the hallway had buckets to catch water which caused the hotel to smell very dank. However the bed was comfy and clean. Shower was clean, Just so out dated! Property has potential but needs to be stripped of the late 80's early 90's hotel look.
Quality Inn is the nicest place I've stayed yet in Somerset . Since my whole family was with me this year , that was especially important to me . I love pet-friendliness . I hope the bath liners are changed . Other than that , It was a better than decent place to stay ! ☺
What they won't tell you unless you ask "is this place Haunted" like I jokingly said, and the desk clerk showed me on the map of the section of the upstairs rooms that are "BLOCKED OFF" due to paranormal activity, he said this started happening about three months ago and after so many guest complained about things moving in their rooms they shut down this part of the hotel upstairs

This is one of the worst Quality Inns I stayed at. I usually don't rate hotels,but I would not recommend to anyone. It's 70 bucks a night. So it not real cheap...they don't make beds or service your rooms made and excuse that there was a do not disturb on the door.They lock you out of your room to make an excuse that your phone deactivated key cards. I am out hear for a funeral service and they didn't not make it easy on use. Worst hotel I ever stayed at....I will never be back...
