the staff is always friendly the rooms are always clean and the view is great
We had about 25 rooms booked for my wedding weekend and it I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. The woman was rude to my sister in law who wanted to know why her bank card was charged triple the amount of what it should have been. The worker called my sister in law a scam artist for money !!! Are you kidding someone who doesnt want to be over charged is not a scam artist. She then told me she didn’t have a boss ?! Lie. Horrible customer service!
It was anything but quality. Run down building which might be okay if every thing was clean. I had to use a restroom in a common area of the motel and it was pretty gross. Someone was shouting in hall and the desk clerk totally ignored it.
RecommendedIt was an adequate facility. The service was great. The facility needs some improvement. The room was clean.
It was a decent hotel bit did need some updating. Our bathtub needed some work. Kids wouldnt showed In it because they thought it looked dirty. I didn’t have any problem with it and had a good nights sleep.
It's a big spacious roomy Hotel very quiet very well maintained with a nice Lounge, Dance Floor, conference room, and cool little pub would definitely recommend anybody to stay here. I've been to Quality Inns like this one that are nicer that some more expensive hotels. This is a great choice as far as Choice Hotels go if you're traveling eastbound on the I-80. Truckers welcome!
Avoid at all costs!!! Absolutely would Never stay again even if it was free. Over priced for area, water leaking through bathroom roof, some lights didn't work, worst of all, I smashed a bug on the wall, come to find out it was a bed bug. Could of been electrocuted from water Coming down into light. Biggest rip off for $80 a night ever, advice. Only stay one night if you have any doubts about a place then go from there depending on availability, Never book second night and pay for it ahead.
I like it here, simple and right off the turn pike. It’s not fancy but it is clean and the staff is very friendly. Micheal is awesome and I appreciate his customer service. We will be staying here every time we need to stop in Somerset. Thanks again!!
We arrived today and are very dissatisfied. Coffee pot still has USED coffee and filters in. Moldy/burnt coffee in pot. Room was FREEZING and we turned heat on high and it's still chilly in here. Garbage can had garbage in from last customers. We reported it to the front desk girl who is very young, she said she'd report it to her manager but did not offer to give clean coffee pot or change garbage out. Indoor pool closed until may. Beds seem clean though. And TV doesn't work!!
