Before I start I have to add they are under renovations. With that being in mind I did not enjoy my stay. I asked for a paper plate fork and knife witch they did not have witch I shrugged off because they are under renovation (I did think it was werid though because if you hired a company to work on the hotel doesn't mean you shouldn't have the basic things a guest would ask for) but the icing on the cake was there was no coffee maker in the room nor coffee available at the front in the morning. The hotel was under renovation with no notice. Pool and spas was not available. There also was no breakfast due to renovations. Luckily, our room was recently renovated and nice and clean. Otherwise, we would not have stayed. Staff was kind and courteous! No outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the sun either. I would not stay there again.
Horrible experience. Our team booked 16 rooms for 2 nights for a tournament, the GM asked us to sign a contract which we did and returned with a timeline to complete all the bookings. When families tried to call in before the deadline, they were not able to get a response from the hotel and no call backs. We attempted to get a deadline extension but the GM said it was too late as all the rooms were already booked (how can all 16 rooms be booked 2 days after the deadline?). Beyond Incompetent – Signed Contract Ignored, Group Left Stranded This motel is utterly unprofessional, unreliable, and disorganized, and the owner/management clearly has no respect for signed agreements or their guests. Our team had a SIGNED CONTRACT reserving 16 rooms. That should have guaranteed our accommodations.
