I’ve stayed at Quality Inn properties across Canada more than 10 times, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. We were never informed before arrival that the water would be shut off, which caused immediate inconvenience. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, while our room was clean, almost every other aspect of our stay was disappointing. The hotel was under major renovation, but it was clearly not ready to accommodate guests. We were informed that breakfast would only be available as take-out, but we were not told about the many other disruptions we would experience. Hotel is under renovations so I was not expecting perfection however a few things were quite disappointing. To start the bed in our room had flecks of dirt on it when we got there, not a lot but really there shouldn’t be any. Secondly at 10:30 at night they decided to check the fire alarms and wake everyone up out of their bed with no warning. This was the WORST HOTEL TO STAY AT. I stayed here June 19-21, 2026. They don’t disclose that they are under renovations. The entire hotel is a complete mess, parking lot is unpaved, garbage dumpsters right out back, electrical lines hanging everywhere, there are NUMEROUS workers going through the building at all times (a serious safety concern). Do NOT stay here......the hotel is under major construction (signage is gone too). Reception was apologetic but this does not make up for a website that is cleary deceptive. The place looks like a dump and the only renovated rooms are in the basement. The room itself is okay, but getting to it requires you to close your eyes to the filth and construction. NOT IMPRESSED !!!!!!!
