I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Choosing this hotel was the worst decision we made during our trip. From the moment we entered our room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floor was sticky, and there was visible dirt in the corners — it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The breakfast was another disappointment. Hotel que cumple su función, bien de precio, teniendo en cuenta la tutística zona. Parquing de pago. Habitación para 5 espaciosa y limpia. Desayuno normal, como lo suele ser en esta cadena. Pan, mermeladss, zumos, fruta, etc. Piscina interior que no usamos, y por lo tanto no puedo opinar.
I was visiting Niagara Falls for the day, and I needed a place to park so the tour bus would pick me up. I was able to park at the back of the parking lot and when I went inside and asked if I could buy a cup of coffee, they gave me some coffee and a little bit of bacon to eat. The people were very nice and they were very friendly.
