Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable (on my side anyway, hubby's side was a bit worn and squished). But we had specifically booked the room so we could use the spa, which, after we had checked in, we discovered was under maintenance. Had issues with our room keys several times and our room needed a good vaccuming in all the corners and under furniture.
Beds were quite comfortable crisp clean sheets and pillows were fluffed and smoothed out, the shower pressure was great not a speck of dust however, the jacuzzi was down which was one of the reasons we booked but the shower was so great it saved it Tiffany M. was our housekeeper and she was gracious and polite asking how our stay was and all. We have used this facility several times. The last three times the hot tub has been down. Should advertise that it is not working. The staff is cordial and breakfast is good. We also discovered the room was not clean. Dusting has not been done for some time. We also could not get an adjustment because we booked through a third party. Considering trying another place next visit.
Great little place. Staff is very helpfull, gave us great recommendations if where to have supper in Old Town.
I tend to agree that this hotel is a little overpriced. The staff is indeed very nice, excellent customer service.
Room is nice. However this is the first hotel I stayed at during our vacation which didn't honor military vets with a discount. Pretty low opinion on the staff as well, check in clerk wasn't pleasant. so a note to our veterans stay somewhere else.
BEST STAFF IVE EVER BEEN AROUND....THEY CARE IF YOUR HAPPY WITH YOUR STAY..IF NOT THEY DO ALL THEY CAN TO MAKE IT BETTER....
