very impressed by the amazing customer service here, very accommodating and will definitely be back!
I recently broke down on a weekend, the mechanic wouldn't be open till Monday. The staff at Quality Inn took real good care of us, even offering a ride to the mechanic! I will stay here again and again!
We were supposed to have ground floor rooms didn't happen..and no discounts given. Then they mixed up 2nd floor rooms...they claimed we booked on line and never requested such thing..we had CALLED 2 hours prior!! booked rooms here on a long motorcycle trip wanted hot tub.. went in hot tub and after 10/15 minutes noticed brown black gross scum all over hot tub.. immediately got out told poor young man who has been alone whole time busting his butt doing his best with no help..hot tub was then closed for maintenance :( Free br... read more
