I come to Greenwood offen and I stay here because the staff make you feel at home the rooms are nice and I must say they are very clean
There are nasty never go there look what they had me and kids sleeping on
Ac kept freezing up. It was hot and humid in the room. Breakfast was a joke. And thieves stole my motorcycle. Sitting in front of my door. Couldn't look at the video tapes, no one on duty was smart enough to operate the system. No member of management offered to help.
Upon walking into the room I felt like I had stepped into Satins inferno...and I was told the air was "doing about all it would do" but I still gave it a chance. I took the kids to the pool...which was green and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom of the 3 foot deep part (I was ready to call it quits). THEN the roll away bed they brought us looked like it was picked up off the side of the road and had been previously used by animals from the pound (disgusting! stains and ripped up mattress)...It's time to get your stu... read more
They really need clean up outside looks really rough...the sheets smelt like cologne I hope they were changed..the shower head was hot one sec cold the next...the heater u played with dials get cold or hot I want stay there again
