Relaxing lounge and bar to hear the band play on Friday and Saturday nights. I have always received great customer service from the bartenders and waitresses and the security guards . Caliente Band has always been one of my favorite bands to hear and dance to and they have been playing a lot recently since the Lounge reopened . Friday nights seem to be busier than Saturdays , but maybe some Saturdays will pick up . I had the WORST experience ever. I am a traveling college professor. the Customer service was HORRIBLE. The room was shoddy and stunk of mold and they allowed homeless people to "Bathe" in the pool and then they ROBBED my room while I was out that evening.
Our niece is staying there and it's bed bug heaven she complained now they want her out rather than address the issue ..! DISGUSTED...!
This hotel has the most terrible customer service of all. I booked a non-smoking room with double beds & they gave me a stinky smoking room. Would not switch room for me nor reimburse because they over booked. There are cockroaches crawling everywhere. Most horrible experience of all time. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!
