stayed here 5 to 6 times now each time weve had roaches and thats between 4 diff rooms in 2 seperate buildings...WE R DONE HERE AND ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE IN PICS ...FOUND OLD SMASHED ROACH UNDER ALARM CLOCK...WHERE A BUNCH OF BABIES CAME OUT OF GROSSSSS
I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through booking.com 6 months ahead, pre-paid. Noted on my confirmation I would like to arrive between 11:00 pm and midnight, which was an option. This was approved. Called Green Tree 2 days before arrival. Only one room was booked. Told to call booking.com. I did and after lengthy wait and Green Tree telling booking.com I must cancel and re-book, (which I did not wish to do) got the 2nd room reservation back. Do not stay here. Cameron is awful and needs to be fired. He would not help and even hung up on me several times. Health department has been contacted
perhaps tires and Pest Control besides the beds being semi ok the fact that it's infested with roaches is kind of annoying I'd like to go to the bathroom and not see Roaches on the toilet seat
RecommendedSo did not stay at the inn, but we did have an event on Jan 10 at the greentree night club. First time and hopefully not the last! We had two bands playing la Banda Sinaloense el Shaka and also la Consigna. Victorville has a lot of Hispanic people and I’m pretty sure they are looking for a Spanish night club, we are hoping we can bring this types of events to the Spanish community. We will see you next Friday with more live bands see you soon.
this is the most worst place I have ever stayed..No hot water...Thugs all over the parking lot...VERY UNSAFE....security officers very nice and respectful... Hispanic office person very rude..(male)...mattresses horrible....I was here for a wedding that event was great good servers good food...but hotel SUCKS...
