I will buy a Honda again just so I can have Earl and Ken be my maintenance men. They tell me when I don't need to have work done and they are very reasonable when I do need repairs. I feel I can trust them 100%.

It's nice to be able to work with a shop, and feel you are getting the best service, an honest assessment of whats needed, and a fair price. I've been using Four Star for a number of years now and every time it's a good experience. They give options of what's needed for repair immediately, and what to think about for future visits. It definitely helps soften the blow of a big repair when you have a little advanced knowledge that it could be something the car needs in the future.
