The pillow did not look clean. There were visible marks and discolouration on it, which made me uncomfortable using it. I expected better cleanliness and presentation from a hotel.
Nice to be near the lake, but the train line is a bit noisy.
Solid Hotel. Not a 5 star by any means. Asked for extra pillows and they didnt have any and said no. Asked to have room cleaner at certain time - they looked at me like I was crazy: Never got done at my requested time slot.
