4 star hotel with 1 star quality, especially at $250.00 per night, little touches that just aren’t there for this to be a 4 star hotel such as stationary when a desk is supplied, a printed menu for room service (you need to read it from your phone) that’s not hotel quality/standard, but the worst thing by a mile was having another guest be able to enter my room because the reception staff allocated my room to another guest, who walked into my room, this is a clear breach of privacy and security, never got an apology from the... read more
Absolutely THE BEST hotel in the area. And THE BEST Restaurant!!! Visiting from America. These people were awesome! Entire staff was friendly, informative, welcoming, kind and caring. Facility CLEAN!!! Quiet environment, peaceful.
