Had my inspection with Floyd yesterday. As a first time home buyer I was extremely impressed. He was patient and took the time to explain and break things down for us. His knowledge was off the charts and provided us with comfort in making our home decision. I would highly recommend Floyd for any home buyers.

Why only 5 stars? This just isn't enough. Being a Realtor myself, I know the home buying process is hard, but it's definitely a whole new experience when being the buyer and in a different state, NC. I was told by the new owner the carwash would be open until 7pm through the week when he took ownership. I work until 5pm everyday and was happy to hear this. I also go to other car washes, but this one you get full service done to your car which I love. Every time I go by after work they are always closed! The service is great, but they are leaving so much money on the table for customers like me who would stop on their way home one/two days a month.
The staff is amazing and they always take good care of my car! I’m a forever fan!
Relatively dirty work, professionally done. It appears that a thorough inspection was performed leaving no dust mite undisturbed. My report was 35 pages long, and the inspector explained it as well.
