Great experience with this home inspection company. We had a short turnaround time to do the inspection before the close and the schedulers were friendly and gave me an appointment right away. And our inspector, John, was wonderful! He was there on time and was super friendly. He explained everything to us and really went out of his way to make the process easy and thorough. I highly recommend this family-based home inspection company.

First time getting my car washed here and nothing but great service, and quick. Also reminds me of the days as a kid when my dad would take me to wash his car and you got to walk down in and watch it get cleaned .

EXCELLENT home inspector for first time home buyer. He really went the extra mile, showing and explaining everything in great detail. Friendly, patient and professional. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He also reiterates that he is available to you after the inspection process for any questions. Wow! Cannot say enough about this company! 1st they offer a discount to veterans/military! The inspector was incredibly thorough professional and offered some great advice. I would absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection.

guy is a dick head very disrespectful to my wife and I. very foul mouth and i just wanted a simple 50 dollar part and all he could do was curse at me and yell over the phone i kept my cool and said i can go elsewhere but i really needed the part and he was the only one who had it i handed the phone to my wife and he gave her the same treatment so she said f#×k you and hung up. and i found a place that is hands down the place to go when your low on cash and need a part. I had heard great things about Floyd Gibbs and Quality Home Inspections. I hired them to inspect a home we are currently getting ready to put on the market. He did a great job for us. His inspection was thorough, clear and complete. The report, which was emailed to me the following day, was fully marked with pictures and text plus, it was thirty-three pages of a professional document.
