Quality installed a new furnace and AC in Oct. Work was done when they said it would be and they have been helpful in answering any questions that arose. They just checked the AC today (5-4-12) since it was too cold in Oct. Everyone who works there was friendly and very helpful in filling out rebate forms. Highly recommend this firm.
