Worse laser hair removal results, even though you supposedly get a great price fot the package it doesn't work and every time you go there's a different technician, you can't request the same one either for the following visit since the good ones leave by the next time. Boris is heber there therefore Nellie is as rude as she pleases...just don't go there it's a waste of time and money
The worst receptionist ever, very RUDE and unprofessional.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURNT!!!! I went to this place for laser hair removal and I had a horrible experience. The technicians are clueless and the machines simply don't work. After several unsuccessful treatments one of the technicians set the laser at the highest power and it simple burned me. I was in pain for weeks and then I lost pigment from my skin. I have white spots all over my legs. My dermatologist told me that recovery will take more than a year. I was promised to get reimbursed for the tre... read more

I stumbled into this office by chance and couldn't have been more lucky! From the first interaction I was in love with the beautiful practice and service and mostly with my new love, Irina. Never have I met a person more personable, knowledgeable and professional not to mention gorgeous. She explained in full detail the procedure, walked me through as she was working and made me more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you Irina!! And thank you Quality Healthcare!!
I think the owner is very nice man named boris.. who always greets you and smiles. HOWEVER the receptionist NELLY is about the RUDEST COLD HEARTED person I have ever met. My brain fries just trying to figure out how or why they would keep her here. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this place because no one deserves to meet this horrible women. When I confronted her about her attitude she only continued to be rude. What a waste of time and breath she couldn't of cared less.
