I’m still getting my sessions done but I missed an appointment by accident and even called last Friday to make sure but had to leave a voicemail because no one picked up. So now I lost a session because of “policy” when it was missed by accident. I did not mean to miss an appointment at all. To me, this is very unfair.
Please don't buy a Groupon for this place!!! Awful receptionist. Older lady who makes the appointments can barely speak English and she is Rude as ever. Will screw up your appointments also. They will not give me a refund! $400 wasted!!! Go to a real doctors office for medical procedures, not here.
