Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. Besides the fact that the woman who answers the phone is the MOST nasty person I’ve ever spoken to, the manager Boris has no concept of customer service. I purchased a groupon before Christmas and was told I couldn’t use it because I’m not a new customer. NO WHERE on the Groupon does it say that. This place is absolutely amazing. I came here for laser hair removal and couldn’t be happier. The place is super clean and everyone there is nice and professional. I will definitely be coming back here for more services.
Hopefully they got a new person at the front desk since I’ve been there, but I doubt it, because for some reason I was under the impression that she was a relative of either Boris or Irina. (maybe one of their mothers) She does not know how to speak to customers, especially on the phone. Extremely rude! Good luck getting an answer to even the easiest of questions without an attitude. Save yourself the frustration & don’t waste your time here.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been going there regularly for years now and had many of their treatments. They offer a huge variety of treatments and always at competitive prices. They have amazing promotions and highly qualified staff. Everyone is so warm and friendly, it feels like family! The two ladies at the front desk, Nelly and Cristina and just awesome, always a great time with them!
