Just had a massage with Justine and I feel like I walked out with a brand new back! Justine listened to why I was coming in for a massage, talked me through what treatment she thought would be beneficial for me, and ensured I was feeling comfortable in the space. She is very friendly and welcoming and made my first visit so easy and relaxing - definitely looking forward to future massages!
Dr Stacey and staff are very friendly and professional.
I’ve had a great experience at Quality Health and Performance. I see Stacy for chiropractic care and Carol for massage therapy, and they are both amazing. They are very caring, truly listen to your concerns, and make you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. They have helped me so much with my neck and back pain.
