Demetrius Jermayn owner and operator of Quality Hand Co. collected a Deposit for a job that he promised over and over to do but never showed up for, I asked him to refund me the deposit and instead, he completely me ignored and later blocked me. I plan to take legal action. I do not recommend him for he is unreliable and extremely unprofessional and not a man of his word.
If you want a job done right, not just done! Give them a call and relax. They really care about what they do, and do it right. You can't go wrong.

I had a mantel and shelving done to finish my fireplace. From the staining and installment, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It looks great! He takes great pride in his work and it shows.
They were professional and responsive and did a very nice job mounting several TVs, one being very heavy. There are other jobs that I will definitely look to have them complete.
