Highly recommend this company. I called them this morning and Rick came out an hour later and determined the problem. My board was fried and I needed a new opener. He came back at 1:30 and installed a new opener and was done in less than an hour. Very nice guy and was great to deal with. If you need anything garage door related, call them. It's nice to see a company that cares about your problem and fixes it quickly. Great job Quality Garage Doors! Thank you.
I had a spring break in my garage door, preventing it from opening more than 6 inches. I called Quality Garage Doors around 8am and they were able to get to me by 2:00pm on the same day. The repairman was able to diagnose the issue immediately, suggested I replace both springs (only one was broken, but he stated that when one breaks, the other is likely not far behind. Great company with fair and honest pricing
Called at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning. Was given a price for the repairs. The price was 1/2 of that from another company. Was told that Rick would be out before noon. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Rick letting me know he was on the way and should be at my home in 20 minutes. He arrived replaced the broken spring oiled all moving parts and checked to make sure the door was working properly. While checking he noticed that the garage door opener was making a bad noise.
