I’ve used Quality Exteriors in the past for my garage roof, so it was an easy decision to call them again when I needed my house roof replaced. They showed up when they said, they completed the job in one long day. That job included removing the old roof, putting down plywood to the entire roof, fix gutters, covered gutters, and the new roof. I was looking for quotes for our roof and called quality exterior for an estimate. Jim and Lori came over right on time and Jim was up on the second story roof checking it out. He gave us a great price and we even had the gutter protectors put on. Very happy with the result. Took one day to do it all and he was right there supervising the job and addressing any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them. Very nice people and easy to work with. Plus, Lori brought us some killer homemade banna bread!

My husband and I worked with Quality Exteriors to have our roof and gutters replaced — they were fantastic. As new home owners, searching for a company to do such an important project can be daunting, but Jim and Lori were wonderful. They were extremely responsive and professional. The entire roof was redone within a day, and the gutters were completed the next day. Their price was also fair, and they didn’t pressure us into other services or upselling. In the beginning, Jim and Lori were easy to work with. My new roof was installed quickly. It's not clear to me that Quality Exteriors takes pride in doing the job right. I do NOT recommend this company as my new roof has a leak and I cannot reach Quality Exteriors Inc. for a resolution.

Jim and Lori were wonderful to work with. The work done to enclose our porch was phenomenal. We also had a beautiful new roof installed in one day and they worked like a well-oiled machine. They left our yard spotless. We added leaf-guards to our existing gutters and they polished them to look like new. We highly recommend their work. Thank you Jim and Lori for making our old home look new!
