Went in to have my oil changed, as my monitor said it was time for a change. When I got there, they said I still had 2,000 miles before I needed a change. They looked at the oil and said they could smell coolant and it was leaking into my oil, and to go to a mechanic. I did have it checked by a mechanic and there is nothing in the oil! I guess they didn’t want to work very hard that day as I left extremely upset and no oil change. I go here most of the time. My car has an automatic purge system on it that makes a ticking sound when its running .I have a 2018 ford escape. I took it to get an oil change and the guys says before getting my hood open .. .....( that's not a good sound ) . He heard a tapping sound.. he said the guy in the pit said your motor is knocking.. I tried to tell him what the noise was coming from . But he says .. no that's the bottom of your motor ..so hr wouldn't change the oil.. these guys aren't bad . Rude employees. I would be seriously upset if my employees treated customers the way these people do. I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years, all 3 of my vehicles every 3000 miles. I’ll take my 85$ per oil change business elsewhere.
