Just left there from having a tooth pulled & Dr. Swarrington (sorry if I misspelled your name) was absolutely amazing. My family & I have been coming here for years & I would highly recommend this business. The whole staff here rocks!🤘🏻
I have been going to Quality Dentistry in Livermore since they opened and I have been impressed with the services particularly in my dealings with Janis Chapman. I would recommend Quality Dentistry to anyone that would like to have a friendly atmosphere and quality work done at a place they can trust with a genuine smile on their face.
I have been going to the Livermore office for the past three years. I love the warm welcoming environment that I receive when I am greeted by Ashley or Janis. The hygienists do a reasonable job but I usually only go in for a cleaning twice a year so nothing too invasive. I never leave with pain or any discomfort. Dr. Kim is thorough and usually gives great advice as to how to improve my oral hygiene. Overall what keeps me coming back are how inviting the front ladies are and overall ease of service.
I love quality dentistry, their receptionist Ashley makes it so easy, knows you by name and very personable and I love that!. It's very quick and easy!
How often after leaving a dentist do you hear from your kids "when is my next appointment mom?" My 8 year old was completely nervous about going to the dentist as her past experiences hadn't been that great. Not only is the office beautiful and inviting when you first walk in but the staff are SO friendly. They put my little ones nerves to rest. My whole family used to be patients here for years. Dr. Rickey is the best! Life brought change and we switched dentists. I missed getting my thorough cleanings every few months. And fortunately I found my way back to the office. Thanks for welcoming me back Kelly, Dr. Rickey and staff. Who looks forward to a root canal? MEEEEEE!!! One can only say that when you know your in good hands.
I've been going to this dentist office for over 11 years and I love it. Staff and doctors are friendly and never had any problems. Family environment and Dr. Wong is the best!
