So my mother has had an abandon vehicle in her yard for 3 years. I could not locate any one to tow the vehicle without the title. The vehicle is junk. I didn't have a title because the vehicle was abandon by my brothers previous friend who never came back to get it. My brother moved out of town so it made it even harder to get this vehicle towed.
