The owner will get comfortable - show up late or not show up at all. This happened numerous times and I always worked with Shaun. I even told Shaun he can pick a date and time that's convenient for him to come; he did pick a time - then didn't show up. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone that expect common courtesy. He used to do my parents house and I see now why they stopped using him a month in!
I scheduled a cleaning online (and paid for it). I received a confirmation email stating that someone would contact me within 24 hours to confirm. I never received a phone call, so I called several times and was sent straight to voicemail. Left voicemails, sent messages through the website, and responded to the confirmation emails requesting that someone contact me. No one ever called and no one showed up to clean. Very disappointed! They’d better refund the money.
Debt beat! does not pay vendors after he uses their service. Scum bag, taking you to court.
Very professional and efficient service....arrived on time...did an excellent job !! Will be using their service again !! Highly recommend !!!
