Receptionists are friendly, however they never answer the phone in order to open the carpark boom gate. This leaves patients parking down the road and having to walk several minutes, which is fine for most people, but probably not for cardio patients. Unprofessional.Insist on doing treadmill test whilst wearing face mask which any healthcare professional will tell you is ridiculous. Get your doctor to send you elsewhere.
Radiographer didn't show any respect for patient. You had to strip from the waist up no gown. Had to stand in the middle of the room till she was ready. Door open to other area. Really poor. Need to have respect for people.
