Can’t test drive without a hard credit check. Wish they told us that since the beginning so we didn’t have to waste our time. And the people are rude!
They waste your time make you fill up an application on line - they go for run your hard credit - without telling you you at first - totally a scammers - you don’t make no clientele like that - bad business -

Has such a bad experience !! Bad customer service suck services !! Sitting hear other Poeple have problems with there cars and issues and only one person I guess speak Spanish !?? Horrible customer service. Applied both here and their other location and get all kinds of hits on credit but no replies. Told them we have a down payment ready keep getting the run around “we will call back” no one ever does. It’s really rude if you can’t help a simple no would be ok. To just tell people you will call back and not is rude
