The customer service is fantastic at Quality Cage! I have purchased 4 Chinchilla Mansions over the years as well as wheels, replacement shelves, etc. These high quality cages have brought much happiness to my various rescue chins to have such wonderful space, and lots of room for cozy hammocks, tubes, toys, etc. They are safe and have easy to clean pull-out trays. Everything comes included and the shipping is exceptional. Definitely recommend the Chin Spin wheels too!

Just ordered my second cage from them, and I cannot wait for it to arrive! The first cage I ordered from them was a chinchilla cage with a chin-spin back in 2011. I have never had a problem with my cage, even after all these years! It's easy to clean, too. I LOVE that cage, which is why I chose Quality Cage Co. for my indoor pet bunny. Another plus is that the staff is incredibly friendly and answers questions very promptly if you email or call. I highly recommend their cages!
