I called and ordered a cage for travel for prairie dogs on Oct 5 2016. It was going to be delivered by October 25th in plenty of time for a week vacation on Nov 3rd. The cage was to be used for boarding in a vet facility that caters to exotic animals. The cage never came nor could I get a response to emails or phone calls. This cage is the only one would use for leaving the PD's. quality product, high prices, terrible customer service. If I pay $25 in shipping I expect it to be shipped out in the time given.
Even though my order took a long time to arrive, my Chin Spin came on Friday and my chin just loves it. It's huge and much quieter than what we had.

I bought the chinchilla mansion for my two girls. It took a little extra time to get wire in but they were upfront with me from the beginning what the wait would be and it was worth the wait! I LOVE THIS CAGE and so do my girls! Best money I ever spent on them! It only took me about 45 minutes start to finish to put the cage together by myself including all my decorations and shelving! Terrible customer service. After placing an order one month ago it still has not been received. Employees of Quality Cage (Logistics Coordinator | CEO) have emailed me regarding the status of my order in the past month. Unfortunately, both emails came with conflicting information regarding the status of my order. They have since stopped replying to my emails. At this time, I am unsure if I will ever receive my product. Hopefully I am an anomaly.....
