The chin spin product is wonderful. But I paid for 3 day Shopping. After a week we still never got it they told us "they missed our order" they gave us the option between 2 day shipping or a refund on the shipping we choose the 2 day and asked if they could overnight it instead. However it still was only shipped 3 day. Basically we spent a significant amount more to get a product in 3 days. The sturdiness and design flexibility of my Chinchilla Mansion can't be beat, and their car carriers are the safest around!

I have owned many Quality Cage cages over the years, and there just aren't any others like them. The quality is DEFINITELY there, they are so sturdy and so well made. A company that definitely takes customer satisfaction seriously. They've also always been committed to bringing forth new ideas to satisfy customer needs. A+
