This has been a difficult relationship since day one. They misrepresented the capabilities of what was a high end office color Xerox Docucolor printer, and they misrepresented the response time for service. Once you buy the printer you have no other options for supplies and service. Since the primary job I am printing is beyond what the printer was designed for the maintenance has been excessive.
