I had 4 windows and siding replaced. They did a good job till it rained again and I notice moisture come from the bottom of my windows. When I went to see why, they didn’t even seal the windows correctly, when they put the caulk on they left a huge gap at the bottom of every window. So all the rain was just coming in. I called to have them fix it but the guy who does the windows didn’t even call back after I called several times.

But long story short, he got caught up in a big project and it slipped his mind. We did not realize it had not been taken care of or we would have sent someone else. Quality built exteriors just did a great job replacing some carpenter bee damaged boards and wrapping all the exterior wood trim on our house. Two workers, two days (even in this heat), they didn’t ask for a thing and worked so hard. Best part they had pride in their work and CLEANED up impeccably well. I had a hard time waiting to schedule my install but Ashley made sure she kept me up to date with my boyfriends fence every step of the way! Great customer service with great work � thank you Ashley for scheduling with me for my needs and talking and texting with me every step of the way.
Super job on my 6 ft privacy fence! Definitely a quality job and looks very professional...they exceeded my expectations! I have a big fenced yard and it was done in 3 days! Ray Carter was excellent to work with!
